Public Meeting Over Threat to Botwell Common/Lake Farm

The Leader of Hillingdon Council has said that he has not given up on building on Botwell Common/Lake Farm and the Council is to submit a planning application to build a primary school on the site by mid October. I have convened a public meeting on Thursday (11th October) at 7.30pm at Botwell Hall in Botwell Lane, Hayes, to make our final preparations to oppose this threat to our Park. Please come along and help us save our local environment.

I only found out about this meeting by accident as I happened to be trawling the internet randomly about 30 minutes before this meeting was due to convene.  Might I suggest that future meetings are given more publicity, which would undoubtedly result in more support.  Please Mr McDonnell show us some leadership or else Lake Farm will be lost forever….....
