I went along to the Canal Partnership meeting, which I helped to set up a few years ago, to talk about the Canal Festival we are organising for May 10th this year and also to continue the pressure for both the re-opening of Shackles Dock for a canoe training base and for residential moorings in Hayes Town to help open up the canal. It’s a slow hand slog but we will get there.
